Had my first CrossFit comp yesterday. It was only an in house comp against other members in the box, and I was only in the novice category because I'd been there less than a year. But I came second, which I'm pretty pleased with. And managed to cut 20 seconds off my best 1km row. Down to 3:25.9 now. Which I thought was ridiculous. And made me think what else I could do better/faster when under pressure!?
Can hardly walk today. Winning......
