Anyone else hate feeling like you've hit a wall,
Like I'm still doing things but I feel liked I haven't been as active as I use to be, one of my mates said I've probs stretched myself out too thin across all aspects in my life, but like at this point if I dont put effort in it wont be returned,
& thats for everything, my career path, my current jobs, my friends & family, my studies.
What are some of your copping mechanisms to keep you on track?
