Hi! This is my first blog homework. The Blog Homework topic is "Tell us about a time you formed or broke a habit and how you did it" (@missy & @rambo)
I'll start talking about my new habits.
I had problems with winter, first of all i came from a tropical country and now im living in spain, never in life I'ved to pass an autumn or winter, and I wasn't prepared so I had to get lots of blankets, coats, sweater, scarves and socks. When I start become accustomed I notice that my face were so dry and I worried a lot... so I started a new habit of skin care, I wass never worried about having my face dry, so I decided start using moisturizing creams and facial masks... For beeing honest I'm dont feel confortable at all... I was never worried about this topics before, and now I have to use moisturizing, lip balm, layers and layers of clothes to don't get sick. I I thought winter were fine, but at the end i'ts not.
Another habit that I got when I came to spain is the fact that no matter the place, if you want beer or wine, the waiter will give you someting to eat, the famous "Tapas". And that is so greate!, I mean, you buy a beer and you get a ration of traditional food for free... at first it wass so nice, but here is the problem, I'm allergy to pork... yes!... I can't eat bacon, ham, salami, peperoni... and I'm living in the country that loves eat pork as if there was no tomorrow, so, many times I has to pased away from taking a piece of food, and its so sad, so I spend the rest of the night eating olives (I love them)
A possitive part of beeing allergic to pork and live in spain is that you have lot of variety in sea food... I love eat "Pulpo a la Gallega"
When i were living in colombia I had everything, family, friends, work... but I'll decided to start in other country, so I had to start taking care of money, paying the lease... start living alone. At first I was so sad, but now i'm happy, I mean, I'm living alone, making true my teenage dream, dont have rules, I dont have no one to tell me that i have to do the bed. Is fantastic!
All this experience is a continuous brake and make new habits, its a diferent culture, country, people, laws, everything, even the lenguage, in colombia and Spain we talk Spanish but its so fucking different and some times I dont understand the others, and they see me as a strange bug. I'ts part of the experience, and im so happy for beeing living this moment of my life.
Hope you like it! 😜😘
