So I'm working on changing some things lately. I've fallen off with my fitness & nutrition for the past few months and I need to get back on track. I'm going to start keeping a better log of my training and nutrition and progress photos on Instagram (@jonpenland) and on here. I will also be doing some demos & events for a supplement company (MTS Nutrition). I would love for anyone who wants to follow along, ask questions and I will help out the best I can!
