I'm officially done with my freshman year today. Didn't do too well, spent a lot of time at Sean's playing uno and drinking until 3 am on weeknights. However, I wouldn't change anything next year. My friends are what will keep me sane during the next 8 years, and although I've got a couple of failures on my transcript, nobody will care about that once I'm done with school.
I'm going back to work full time tomorrow, and have been reinstated as management, which I am not too fond of. The girls I work with are some of my closest girlfriends, and this will put a strain on our friendship. I also have a huge list of summer projects to tackle on my days off. Since the glue that held us together (Luanne) was fired in March, the hospital is a mess. We're 3 months behind on medical audits, and my office is stuffed full of just about any crap that they wanted to push out of the way. Needless to say, I will most likely be spending 12 hours a day at work until I leave for Spain in August.
Luckily I'm sneaking away for a minivacay at the end of this month. We're taking the boat from Guaymas to however far south we can get in 10 days to raise the boat to a dry dock before hurricane season. Here's another picture of the boat 'cuz she's just so purdy.
Until then, lots of partying, working, and sleeping - AND LOTS OF SHAWN HITZE
