So, I went to VegFest in Austin, TX with my girlfriend over the weekend and had a great time. The food there was very good and I am always looking for ways to eat healthier and fuel my body for exercise. Got to meet UFC fighter Mac Danzig who is a great guy and got some good nutritional info. 80% fruit carbs/10% protein / 10% fats. Pretty straight forward but harder to actually implement.
