So, I had a hell of a day today at work. I am a telemarketer, and to delve a little deeper into what I do, I work for Affiliated Computer Services. They have many different clients. The clients I work for are JP Morgan Chase, FEMA, Juniper Bank and Synapse Group Inc. My main, core call is Synapse, which is basically a huge scam. What we are is a magazine and gift service center, who exploits customers mainly through promotions they recieve along with their credit card billing statement claiming they ahev all these free rewards to order magazines or gifts. Well, they never read the fine print that shows how much they will be charged, and then when they get the bill, guess who they call and bitch at? You guessed it. Me. It's my job to try to retain the sales. Fun.
