Guess its been a while since I wrote anything. This is mostly a good thing as I found some self confidence and I stopped procrastinating about things and started getting out there and I was doing quite well but I guess I have started to slip again and then I need to keep a record of these things as I hunt for the mental strength to tackle some of my issues and get ahead in the world. I feel I am ready to get out there and start to be more active in my daily life. Its been too long and I need to get back out there
