Today is day one!
Today I actually managed to drag my worthless carcass out of bed and go running before work. I got up 1/2 hour early this morning (which is ungodly early just so you know.) But much to my suprise after I got over the initial crushing feeling of imminent death by massive heart explosion. And took a lovely shower. I felt amazingly refreshed and awake.
I even managed to leave the house 20 min early and had plenty of time to stop and grab breakfast and a nice little jug of milk. So the end goal here is to lose 55lbs. The plan is running in the morning, basketball at lunch, and a quick workout at the end of my workday at the gym at work. Eventually I will add a diet to the mix but for now lets just start with cutting out soda and fast food.
Well here's hoping right? I've jumped all over in weight in my adult life and its time I try to take alittle control of it.
