so i was sitting around at home today (no work) and i realized i have the keys to the culinary arts dining facility and to the freezers!
my friend and i went down there and spent the afternoon cooking a duck with leeks in anchorsteams new holiday brew, with a stuffing made of sourdough, shallots, butter, and garlic. topped with a sauce made of the same beer (kinda like a spiced porter i believe) duck drippings and a touch of dark chocolate.
