My Imitrex hasn't been working as well as it used to, so I did some research on migraines. I found a couple studies that said people had less frequent and less intense migrains if they were given high concentrations of magnesium and vitamin B2 on a daily basis. I've been taking the recommended 400mg of B2 and 600mg of magnesium for six weeks now and haven't had a migraine since. I haven't gone that long without one in about three years...
