Well, I got some encouragement when I stepped on the bathroom scale this morning. I realized that I have lost bout 22 lbs since I have started riding my bike again. I know that is odd, since I really have only started about a month and a half ago RIDING riding again...but the good thing is that I was riding a lot last year until I got hit by that fucking truck. So I took the rest of the year off (from July 6th on) and I got VERY out of shape, and that hurt me a lot. Now however, I am riding again. Doing at least 16-20 km rides at the least every day, with 140 M gains in the minimum at least every ride...so I am getting back in shape...just need to keep going. I hope that by the end of this month, I will have lost at least another 10 lbs...and be back into the cycling shape that I was in the same time last year when I had to stop...so that will be very nice. That would also mean that it took me a year to get back in shape to where I was when I got hit by the truck...which is not that good, but oh well, it will be worth it.
I just need to get back in shape...and I am slowly getting there.
