I hate this...I am still waiting for Nikon to get a hold of me in regards to my D300 body. They have had it since Monday, and they have yet to get a hold of me to even let me know that they received it (I got confirmation from the United States Postal Service that it was in fact delivered on Monday, at 1:29pm CST) and if I want to go ahead with the repairs, which I do because I need the camera back asap!
On a secondary note, I might be able to work with the University of Kansas on my MFA Thesis, which then COULD also include working with PBS as I would be dove tailing my project on one of theirs that they are jointly doing. This could be HUGE for my project, especially if somehow PBS can use some of my stills in their documentary.
In other news, about a week and a half from now, I will be enrolling in my next two quarters of graduate school at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Jesus, I cannot believe that I have been a student there for almost a year already. This next two quarters will be good but challenging ones for me as I look to seeing how things will go. After the Summer quarter, I will have seven of my mandatory graduate classes taken, which puts me over the half way hump on those. That will be a very good feeling. I just hope I can make it in the program that long. I need to somehow pull my GPA back up...at least above a 3.00, which shouldn't be THAT hard, I have the CHANCE to do it at the end of this quarter, if I can somehow pull two As out of my ass, but we will see. Let's just hope for the best.
