a bullet list of random stuff...
-i've been wearing shorts for the last few days. i haven't worn shorts this much in row in years, save for sporting activities. hacked off slim fit jeans make way better shorts for me than the parachute shorts they try to sell dudes. i'm slim and by god, i want to show it off until i can't anymore.
-the reds have been playing pretty good. radio + porch + two cold beers = nice summer nights.
-i've been riding all my bikes a bunch and i've actually been able to accomplish some goals. i wanted to ride a century on memorial day, but some things out of my control interfered with the getting set up to do it. it's been moved to the fourth of july. the girl i usually ride with hurt her knee playing soccer, so i'm going to have to do it solo. hopefully, things work out and our planned labor day ride works out.
-i've been working on some crazy ass bmx trails and they are starting to really come together. they look awesome, they ride awesome and i have a little tidbit of a feeling that the payoff will be awesome fun.
-i've been changing my diet and some of my habits over the last few months. it's paying off. i feel a lot better a lot more often. i definitely don't feel any where near thirty. a lot of days i feel like 19 or twenty again.
