This is why I don't drink caffeine after supper time. It stays in me and then I can't sleep. My mind just won't stop racing. I hardly ever drink caffeine, so when I do my body takes notice. Then I couldn't get to sleep this morning because I was too hungry. I ate a bowl of Rice Krispies.
I dyed my streaks this morning. They're crusting now. I need to buy more dye.
Last week I went to a T'ai Chi workshop and signed up to take a class. The workshop was this 2 hour thing to introduce you to it. The instructor talked to us a bit and demonstrated all the positions. Then we tried it. Everything was going fine but then I felt the familiar signs of fainting. I've actually never fainted before, but I suppose this comes close. I just felt really lightheaded and clammy. I could see myself in the mirror and I looked even paler than I am. The instructor noticed right away and told me to move my feet or sit down if I had to. I sat. I think it was a combination of being weak, out of shape, standing for a while, and breathing weird. The first class will be in July, so until then I'm trying to walk more and just move...
Today Nelok and I are going to this East Side Open Market. They have food, music, produce and other things for sale. It's going on every Saturday this summer. Then we'll go to Comet (a coffeeshop) to grab a bite to eat. I hate it when people say "grab a bite to eat."
Word of the day: undulating
i like your streaks. they are nifty.
don't faint.
