I think I may have had a membership in the earlier days of the site, but time and booze have washed a lot of that away. Inspired by meeting some of the cool and lovely SG ladies tonight at a local book-signing, I checked out the site, noticed the community aspects and figured why not. Recapping all of this, I am certain, makes for a fascinating first blog post.
Oh, and applying for a regional group without reading the requirements was my first official faux pas on the site (I will cut to the chase - I did not qualify for membership). Using the term "faux pas" was probably the second.
