still sick...sore throat, stuff and running nose and blocked ears...yeah I went to work. I kept Purell nearby and sanitized my hands constantly. I needed the money.
I recieved a bottle of Prada perfume today. I just happened to be around when they hand freebies at work.
Day 3 on diet pills and so far so good...I felt like I ate a huge pizza for lunch. The total of what I ate today was 1/2 of what I normally eat.
I had for lunch (11:35m)
starbucks- 1 slice of their low fat blueberry cake and water
at 6PennKitchen 12:30pm:
1 bowl ( it looked like 1 1/2 cups) of southwestern potato soup ( cream based) , ice water and a chopped veggie salad ...I felt like I ate a bucket of ice cream and a large everything pizza.
1:30pm a sugar-free Red Bull
5:35pm I was starving so I ate 2 little debbie cakes and 1/2 a can of caffeine free Ginger Ale,,,too much sugar felt like I ate 5 cups of sugar.
8:25pm "Lunch" break -- 1/2 a can of Caffeine Free Ginger Ale , a little debbie cake and a personal pizza with sausage and red pepper flakes ( it equals 2 slices of regular pizza).felt full...so even this looks alot and I still eat junk food , this is considerably better than normal eating.
throughout work I drank water. I walked about 5-10 miles today...so I do exercise.
