I got a haircut today. That's about all that's been happening lately.
This past weekend I caught the "black lung" and got the day off. It was an excellent time to get it, too, since I was having a hard time this week staying awake. My team decided since there was very little to do that one of us should take advantage and infect ourselves with it for the sake of getting the day off before the weekend. It fell to me for some reason, and I couldn't be happier to get an early long weekend.
I gotta say, I love my job. I get a lot of creative freedom and can take the occasional long lunch (so long as pancakes are involved) plus I have dozens upon dozens of stories about it but I'm mostly unsure how to go about talking about them; mostly I don't want to refer to my company by name lest it inadvertantly tie it with SG in a google-like search and I get in sort sort of "trouble"; which is yet another paranoid thought brought to you by the letter Darcloak.
All I gotta do now is have adventures worth writing about and I'll be all set!
Oh, hey ... point of interest: can anyone beleive I recently sold my old PS1 copy of "Digimon World" for nearly $40 pre-shipping on eBay? News like that makes me want to track down another copy. And play it and keep it forever!
