still in arty mood.....went to the Tate Modern for a private view of the new photography exhibition there.
Its called Exposed; Voyeurism, Surveillance and the Camera and is focused on photo's taken without the subject's knowledge.
" Exposed offers a fascinating look at pictures made on the sly, without the explicit permission of the people depicted. With photographs from the late nineteenth century to present day, the pictures present a shocking, illuminating and witty perspective on iconic and taboo subjects."
voyeurism is one area....fabulous explicit photo's from back in the 1930's.....CCTV footage, surveillance camera footage, paparazzi......a real people watchers collection and I LOVED it.
If you want to know more about it check it out on the tate modern website; photos are by a huge selection of greats including; Guy Bourdin, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Philip Lorca DiCorcia, Walker Evans, Robert Frank, Nan Goldin, Lee Miller, Weegee, Brassai, Helmut Newton and Man Ray.
This one by Weegee, wasnt in the exhibition.....but I like it.....
hope you are all well, my next set is hopefully gonna be ready very soon so watch this space
stay sexy
