Let's see, what is new in my world?
-My roommates told me that they are planning to buy a bigger house and move there around the time my lease is up. They plan to rent out this current property. They asked me to come with them, and I'm touched. It also seems like a nice arrangement, living in a bigger space with people that I get along with decently. Also, they're planning to move somewhere in the same neighborhood, no farther than a few blocks from here, so I wouldn't have to get familiar with a new part of the city all over again.
-I had a great time at my lesbian book club this week. We read this great book about a teenage girl with a trans brother.
-I'm looking forward to trying this class at my gym tomorrow, "PiYo". It's half Pilates, half Yoga.
-I made this yummy dish of beets, butternut squash, beet greens, tempeh, and red quinoa, all in a lemon-tahini sauce. YUM! I make these staple meals sometimes. I'll eat this once a day for the next week and not have to put in the work later.
-I am SO sick of school at the moment, but I did well on my midterms. Lately I can't stop obsessing about how behind I am in political science, but I just finished a paper so I'm telling myself to chill out about it. Also... I found out I have the best grade in my Abnormal Psychology class so far. That made me happy.
