So lastnight i cooked with this very old italian guy in my dads church (suprized i did not burst in flames walking in there) fo a little fundraiser.
it sounds kinda sappy but thoes are the thins that rock the most.
all night he toled me storries about food from Italy and the regins like tuscany and how they cook the same dishes of food but in totaly different ways.
im kinda growing a little tired of being a sou chef.... so much responcibility and everyone has a constant question for you waighting for a constant solution.....
