I'm more or less settled now. I got food, toilet paper, keys, power, and now I have internet. Life is good.
there's only one thing I have to get. the only stuff left unpacked is a LOT of art supplies, doo dads and stuff I actually USE, but there's no place for them. I need a kind of hutch/china cabinet/case type things, that has cupboards, drawes adn shelves in it to store all this crap. I wanna get all these boxes out of here.
Eventually I'll have photos, I don't have a digital camera at my disposal.
right now, I'm just sort of fighting a low-level headache. Which isn't bad, it's not a killer, but I can't do the things I usually enjoy doing on a Sunday night. Before too long, video games, porn (in fact, any movie) working on the computer and checking my spelling eventually start to egg the headache into a more powerful one. Good way to end the weekend.
Halloween was a good one. I was going to go as Ed from Shaun of the Dead, but Lo, without an "i got wood" shirt, you're just another guy in shorts with a chunk taken out of his hair carrying a bloody shovel.
I did my part dispensing Halloween joy. My buddy has 4 daughters (!!! yeah. Four. He's got his hands full) and they all went trick or treating. I tagged along, a "Chicken Cheet" spotter (Chicken Cheet is how the 2nd youngest said Trick or Treat.) They were really cute, the youngest (in the stroller) was a Strawberry, the 2nd youngest was a lion, the 3rd youngest was Hawkgirl (with big ass wings and everything). the 4th youngest (aka the oldest) was trick or treating with a friend, and chose a different route.
It was a good time. I could have gone to a few parties, but being that I didn't have a complete costume, I think my time was better spent helping my friend's girls have a cool Halloween.
The only crappy thin about Halloween is that it's only once a damn year.
Current iTunes song: One of the tracks from "Warcraft 2" video game. I freaking love older video game music.
