Spring is here and the humidity is back. We have another month to still experience and enjoy Japan (going to the Fuji Five Lakes region this weekend... yes I will post pictures this time...) before (1) it gets to the point where one can stick to even cloth train seats, and (2) everybody and their cousins and their cousins's mailmen go out to the Fuji area for the summer ritualized hike. But the scent of azaleas is strangely intoxicating. I thought that it might just have been the sho-chu on ice I was drinking (if you haven't been to Japan, never drink sho-chu unless you have an escort/ guide/ chaperone... and only if that person does NOT have a camera...) but, well, maybe it was just a combination.

If I could say it in Japanese, I would... but I lent my phrase book to a friend.
Hope you had a great day!
