Dear @rambo @missy and @lyxzen, I'm sorry, but I'll try to write the new homework in the next days, because it's a few time that I'm thinking about this one: "6/20: What is your favorite song and why?"
Well, I'm planning a tattoo with a sentence from this song! How could I not write this homework?
It's a song from one of my favourite bands, even if I could not see them live (yet) because their concerts are quite expensive. They are from Berlin and I realized that I love German while reading their beautiful lyrics...
Guessed? I think yes!
They are (obviously) Rammstein.
Well done! But... Which song?
It tells about a young man who learns to make love with a Parisian "Miss" (if you know what I mean) and falls in love with her. The words they use, the pictures that they make you imagine, the true love that shines through the lyrics, the Parisian Spring in the background, the knowledge that this love will never be a fairy tail make that song special to me. Not because it seems like it tells something from my life, but because it's real, it's a real feeling from a real person, nothing ideal or magical, nothing superhuman or perfect. Only, dramatically, painfully, real.
The sentence that I chose and which makes the meaning of the whole song is. "Ich habe es nie bereut.", which means: "I have never regretted it"
Do you know that song? It's Frühling in Paris
I love how it grows, the warm voice of Till, the passion that goes through the song... I love it! I really hope you'll like it too.
Listen to it carefully, please, and let me know what you think about it!
By the way, I would also remember you that my debut set Modern Valkyrie will hit the MR in 3 weeks and 2 days, so, if I am right, on the 15th December... Stay tuned!!
This is a pic from that shooting and ,as the most of my pics, is by @_kcy
I decided not to leave it in the set, even if I like it a lot... Let's see if you like the pics I chose for the set! Hope to see you there!!
A big hug,
Brunhild
