I haven't been on SG much lately because I've been sick and feeling sort of... you know, like throttling people with extension cords. But here are some of the photos from my shoot over the weekend:
And, what I really look like:
Most of the comments I've gotten on these so far consist of: "You're pretty, but the photographs are boring because the photographer didn't do a good job." (To paraphrase)
I'm not sure how I feel about that. I'm frustrated by not having met any photographers (so far) who share my dark/bizarre/artistic vision. They just sort of treat me like a high school senior portrait, and it comes out looking... like this, I guess.
I still like them. They're way better than the 'glamazon' ones I wound up with from a previous shoot. Yeek.
Hopefully when I meet up with Timofoto (someday, when the universe stops conspiring against us, right Timo?) we'll whip out some crazy ass pictures.
Suggestions? Cool alternative photography sites you want to give me links to?
In other news, I made crazy good pasta the other night with asparagus, chard, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Num num. I love springtime...

I'd check out DeviantArt and start a favorites list of stuff you like so you can show potential photographers what you're into.
