It's frustrating just how sad it makes me to visit the site any more. On one hand I'm kinda thrilled that my membership didn't poof on me, which I sortof think it should have done about 3 months ago... but on the other hand I'm reminded of 4 rocky months in Florida and the 2 short weekends that made it all a bittersweet memory instead of just a bitter regret.
And then visiting people with Sean... it really was that emotional *thud* you get when you finish a good book that felt like it should have been a few chapters longer.
Now, what have I been up to?
Trust me, you don't want or need to know how blah things are going. Suffice it to say, I'm seriously contemplating the US Army as a career choice, and that, for me, is pretty drastic. >.< Armored recon maintenance is pretty safe and tame as far as the dying and killing end of things goes, but still, it's the Army!
Either that or I do customer service for T-Mobile. At the moment, sad as it sounds, that's my short-term dream job.
My contact info hasn't changed at all, for anyone who has it, and I'm really quite a social butterfly if you take the time to get in touch. Give it a try.
