People, I do have a new favourite show on TV. Ok, on the leached-from-torrents-interwebz :p True Detective.
I'm sure it's one of the strongest series I've seen in years. Maybe only topped off by Bron/Broen (The Bridge is the American adaption).
I choose to link some yt-clips, just to remind you of the incredible beautiful way it's filmed. 10/10 for cinematography ;) Finished of with a great story, finished off with some amazing music (espacially for True Detective. The music alone is worth watching it). So only good stuff to say about it. The only reason Bron might be better, is the female leadactrice. It must be something in the scandinavian air (Are there active Scandinavian SG's actually?), but the write the most intriguing female parts in movies or series. I guess you all remember Lisbeth Salander. (Ok, she has to be a SG!)
There're a few reasons why I bring this up. It's always nice to share great music. :)
But even more, it reminds me of one of the greatest ideas some SG's ever got. Impersonating a series or movies character. If you didn't ever see @jamity as Dexter: go go go! One of the best SG-sets ever.
(Secret confession: I miss @jamity over here. She has to be more active, she's a fantastic girl, even though we didn't ever really talk. Anybody knows how she's doing?)
I would be so delighted if, for instance, anyone has the guts and inspiration to step into the world of True Detective. Ok, you might end up dead in the middle of the woods in Albuquerque for that shoot. But yeah, feel inspired :) I guess it's set in South Louisiana? (Baton Rouge?) :p I might be wrong, but @bellatrixx , isn't that where you live? (And is it in real as beautiful over there as on tv?)
I might wanna end with to of the most beautiful, strongest pictures I've seen in at least half a year. @illusion and @marlene (my dream for this year on SG is a new set: marlene by @gossip and illusion by @jupiter Imagine!)
From The Lake and Someone Else. Love it!
