Thanks for the support, it's very much appreciated! I am considering looking for a job where I can work from home, or something like that. Thanks again for the support, how have you been doing lately? Any plans to visit Edinburgh this year?

That's great that you're doing art experiments, if you run out of room you could consider putting some of your work on Etsy. That would make some money for you. As per my situation, you're correct. The pain is in cycles now rather than constant like before, it's depression and anxiety issues that are a problem now. I can't cope in busy places anymore and I'm no good at dealing with people. I even struggle to maintain a conversation with friends and family for more than a few minutes. It's like my confidence is at an all-time low (I had zero confidence before, and now it's sub zero).

You might want to keep an eye out for a book called Tongue-Fu, by Sam Horn. I found it a really useful book for dealing with people. I'd almost recommend How To Win Friends and Influence People, but only with the warning that it's actually rather bad for doing either of the things its title implies; it really should be called "How To Make Yourself More Agreeable" or something like that. Can be useful if the trouble is coming from your side.
