I purchased Guild Wars the other day. I'm not sure what to think of it right now. I'm still in the training area, so I'll probably wait to make my serious opinions about the game, but I still have this feeling like I wasted my money.
First of all, you're only allowed to have 8 slots for magic spells in the game. That is trashy. I have to go into town, wait for it to load up, and changed what skills I need to use and then go back out of the town, but before I can go back to the hunt, I still have to wait for it to load again, While doing this, I really have to think of what I want to lose and what I need to keep, I already know that I'm wasting a slot with my Charm Animal spell. I have an animal companion, but if I get rid of that spell, my animal goes away. Trashy.
This and many of my other complaints are probably because I'm a hard core Lineage II player. I love my level 45 dark elf named Mellow...
I have not tried the PVP mode of Guild Wars yet...
Actually, many of my complaints are probably becuae I still am in the training zone...we'll see
