i know it look a bit burn but it'isn't! the spice gave that color! i was surprise too, like; shit!!! it's too much hot in here! i put a smoke box in my BBQ and add mesquite wood to smoke a bit the chicken, well it doesn't taste that much, but tortillas yes!!
