Never apologize for just saying Hi. And absolutely never apologize for giving a sincere complement.  To be completely honest I did not know of Seneca the Younger until after I had chosen my SG name. I had a good friend in highschool whose name was Seneca and I thought it was such a beautiful name I used it.
