Just completed week 2 of the Tapout XT work out. I'm trying my best to stick with this. The workouts are getting easier and I'm starting to see a little bit of definition on my arms and stomach. Not a whole lot, but enough to know that the workouts are having some kind of effect. Now if only I could stick to the meal plan...

2 weeks ago work gave out copies of the Tapout XT workout. It's a lot like insanity or P90X but with kicks & strikes thrown in. I'm on day 2 and my body hurts. A lot skull
