"Mein Arsch wurde gekickt" would be correct but you don't say that in Germany. "Ich bin am Arsch:" would be better (meaning something like "they got me at the ass though worldy you say "I'm at the ass* but that doesn't make sense in english). because if you kick someone's ass in the literal way over here it's more like you're making them get their lazy ass up.
