Got my fiancee an account on here now, after a while of her looking over my shoulder decided, well, why the hell not really? I think she will throughly enjoy herself Just signed up as ThatDamnCat
But anywho
Got myself an interesting job coming up with OsloKru working as a stagehand. 4 weeks in Norway working as a stagehand with
Drum roll please...
A-Ha!
Yup, stagehand job working with A-Ha, their "final" tour, won't do their world tour, just be tagging along with them locally in Norway at least. But i am really looking forwards to it and all the experience working as a stagehand
Will try at post some stuff when I'm traveling with them. Will be taking my D700 camera and two standard lenses with me (85mm/50mm). But its not really taking photos of them, but more behind the scene of the guys and the trade of the riggers, the stagehands, the workers behind the music. While i am working at the same time
Working tour for me is Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromso, Trondheim, and Kristiansand
4 weeks of busy bee work at least.
Spike hammer, check
Large monkey wrench that can crack anything open with, check
Leatherman thats worn and worked to bits, check
Worn in steel toed boots should be wearing off the leather by now, check
D700, 85mm 1.8, 50mm 1.4, check
Hard hat with KILT taped on the side of it, check
3 Workman Utilikilts, check
And yes, unless I am climbing with a harness, I wear my utilikilts at work. People know me and when the traveling crew comes in, they call out "Oi! You in the Kilt, come here" instead of the basic "Oi, You!" and it could be anyone.
