I actually understand this. When someone is sad they arent thinking properly so when u said sorry they were like "it wasnt ur fault" as in it aimpky isnt ur fault dont be sorry. I have both, i like my PS3 better though, and yes ps3 is better for online gaming vs the ps2 and better graphics, next gen, the whole lot
