I fell off my SG page for a long time....whoa...

Last week I ran a half-marathon...this week I wrote 30 pages!

Cool...Apparently my friend Sally from SG ran a marathon this past weekend as well...but she has yet to tell me how it all went...Good for her!

All the ladies in the house...I am a bachelor again...

Aint got no tats yet...but thinkin about a nice arm bandit!

My knee is all better now. I'll be ready in 2 months. I'm thinking about doing the Rock & Roll marathon in San DIego, too.

I looked over the marathon foto pics from Hawaii. Let's just say they are not flattering!
