after almost two months of bass lessons, it has become clear to me I will never be a rock star. but it is fun to learn, and to potentially be able to jam with my son.
can't wait for Friday, going to see Nightwish in Baltimore. should be fun.

sunday, I begin taking lessons to learn to play electric bass. maybe I'll join my son's punk band HAHA .

yay, its summer!

what a week. Mon was in the 40's, rain off and on all week, today was near 80 and sunny, now it is storming.

not much new to say. still not smoking(8 week), the weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow. the cat is doing good. I'm so boring.

I have now been 48 hours without a cigarette. I am taking Chantix and it helps alot.wish me luck.

TSo dhow was AWESOME last night. if you have never seen them, they do the narrated version of "Christmas Eve and Other Stories" in it's entirety then just kinda jam after that. the show is about three hours, with no intermission or really slow parts. it seems to fly by. very high energy, very entertaining. incredible light, laser, and pyrotechnics displays. can't wait till next...

AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!! Christmas is less than two months away.

the cat seems to be feeling better. just got done wrestling with him, now my right arm is bloody.first time in over a month he's been that playful, so I think it's a good sign.

the short punk tour mentioned last month has been canceled. the guys decided they can't afford to finance it now.
