Still driving myself crazy. Clearly I'm not the only one. I'm very confused about a lot of things. The good news is that I do have choices. The bad I don't know what to choose.

I came home from work yesterday to find my housemate and her girl in the crux of an argument with our scumbag neighbors. The neighbors on boths sides are assholes...

Neighbors! So far, our new neighbors (acutally, we are the new ones) have been pretty good. We've had tons of horrible ones, including the ones in our one apartment building who burned their trash on the seat of a metal chair in the front yard, and the young couple (she was 16/17 and pregnant) that would throw things at each other. She/they were also in the apartment that controlled the heat, and they were on the first floor, so in the winter, she'd be running around in her panties with the heat up all the way, and we'd have to open our windows.

I don't have the pics up yet (from Clover's party), but there is an accidental cleavage shot in one of them, I'll let you know. smile

You changed your name thingie...I like the new one!! smile

Portland's job market is probably just as bad as Philadelphia. It really depends on what you want to do. I've had a bitch of a time finding work here, so if its just as bad it won't be a big change...you know? Also, the retail stores seem to pay better out there, like almost as good as a receptionist gig or something, so I can always go back to that while finding real work.

Yeah...this city is just ugh. Walking to work I saw just how different the two places are. In Portland it was clean, everyone was nice, no business people everywhere, and I felt safe, even in their shadiest areas. Its like I don't feel safe here, like you said, you always have to be on gaurd, from rude people and from the city itself. It totally sucks....that is not the way to live, you know?

You have the damn cutest dog!

Moving like a turtle today. I didn't digest enough coffee apparently.

I left my glasses at home today which was a dumbass move since I'm a fucking librarian and need to be able to read EVERYTHING. Oh well, you live and you learn and you learn and you learn.

I'm looking for a new job right now. haha aren't we all? I'd actually like that...

You're at a loss for words? You're a librarian, I'm sure you can find some words around there somewhere. tongue

I honestly don't think either of us would have wanted it to stop at kissing, so no, I don't regret it not happening. We can't always give in to our emotional needs, our rational side has to win out sometimes.

I'm still on a very crappy work schedule, but I have to get to Philly soon, because I need Ed to look at my car ASAP. So, it'll be in the near future. I'll give you a heads up when I'll be down.

Thanks! She's my muse, I love photographing her.

I've been trying to enlarge the Philly presence on my friends list. It kind of sucks that I haven't been able to make it to any of the Philly events frown

I did get to hang out with Stiles; I shot Maxi's set in his garage. I'm eager to see that one go up as well.

I know exactly what you mean. All that water shorted out my phone line. I can live w/o the phone calls, but I haven't been able to get online (until now) since Monday afternoon. mad

I hope your basement stayed dry.

So I added some new pix to capture some of the summer I've had. Unfortunately I didn't bring my camera up to the roof for the N. Philly firework extravaganza put together by Stiles and Racer_x . Photos wouldn't have done it justice anyway.

Things are really really good right now. Had a fantastic weekend. Went to the shore, spent time with really great people,...
