For the last ten days or so I have been having some very unusually vivid, sometimes disturbing dreams. One is described in my previous blog. Anyone ever go through bouts of unrestrained dreaming? Does it affect your waking hours like it does me?

i started taking melatonin quick dissolve strips at night and smoke some good good as a night cap for times where my dreams are draining me and i need that rem.
are you going thru a shift in your life? is there something from your past that is surfacing up in your dreams? usually the more chaotic our dreams are usually a representation to how chaotic we are feeling from within mentally/emotionally... i make sure to meditate and do yoga once a day especially during times when life gets busy, if i dont take the time to unplug from all the stress... i spend my nights tossing and turning with unpleasant dreams.

A Biore strip I was enjoying. It got somewhat dislodged as I was rooting around under the bed for something I dropped. That video is fun.
So the latest talk about next steps for the band is a tour of the UK and Europe. If it happens, it will most likely be in the fall. I could NOT be more excited if this actually goes down. Our record sales are really strong in Germany and Spain (we probably sell more records there than the US!) so we'll have to go there....
