This time two months ago I was a hysterical, crying mess.
What's changed? I'm less hysterical.
I still cry on occasion, and I'm still a mess. I'm trying to get on with my life. Baby steps.
My dog Peanut has a giant skin tag on his leg that we've been very concerned about for some time. We had the vet check it out not too long ago, and we were assured it was just a skin tag.
Since then I noticed another skin tag pop up on his leg, a few inches below the large tag.
Only the other day did I notice a little lump on his leg, a few inches above the large tag.
Then I spotted him scratching at his chest, and I felt a lump on his chest.
We took him to the vet yesterday. Surprisingly the large tag, and the lower tag are still just tags.
The lump on his chest is a cyst.
The little lump above the large tag on his leg, is a tumour. Thankfully benign at the moment.
We scheduled him in for surgery on Monday to have all of them removed. This type of benign tumour are known to become malignant and spread. I'm not taking any chances with my baby. I'm just so very grateful that I'm in a position financially to schedule this in immediately.
In good news, the ball tickets are selling ridiculously fast. I hope everyone who is keen to come along gets their deposits down before missing out!
It's going to be an awesome night, and I really cannot wait.
