One of 2 Vampire kits I saw at The Tulsa Arms Show other was about 4x the size of this one a $9000. Sadly I couldn't find it again to get a pic.
Just back recently from Tulsa Arms Show, simply amazing 11 acre facility, 4200+ tables, sadly prices were pretty high but I still brought home some nice pieces and one rare one. Lobster pattern marked Case Manufacturing Co. this stamp was used no later than 1911.

Ok got I little done today got my rearend back together. Next we drug the short block out and mocked up the heads and intake just to get an idea. Discovered 2 things bare aluminum looks awful on a primered grey block so gotta pick me a color, and gonna have to order a set of big bore head gaskets. Also cleaned up the rough draft sketching on the visor and remarked for the holes. Gonna go with the middle hole it measures 2.75 to the outside taper.
Got me a ticket to Blizzcon 2011 and booked my flight today.
