So the verdict is in. Started 5 months ago at a whopping 305LBS big belly and 3 chins. Weighed myself this morning and I am at 253lbs So I have lost 52lbs in 5 months. I still have a little belly but I know it will be a sick six pack eventually.

Maybe when I am down I will do a suicide boys shoot.
