Canadian Thanksgiving was way back on Oct 11th or 12th, whatever that Monday was, and yes, I ate way too much turkey. I think next year, I'm coming down to North Dakota to have a 2nd Thanksgiving with my American friends.

Since its such a young puppy it might take a while for the training to take effect. Have you tried the puppy pads available at pet stores and walmart? They're usually cheap and have a scent to them that attracts to puppy to it to do her business there.
Otherwise, when you catch her doing it give her a firm no and take her outside to show here where she should go, then when she finishes up out there praise her and give her a treat.
I had a pitbull/lab mix when he was a puppy, rescued him from a cruddy home and trained him for a new home. So, I know how it goes. Good lucky with the training, she's cute!
