Had a great, but way too short trip home. Unfortunately, no jobs happening there that were quite enough to make me leave where I'm at just yet....but there are things on the horizon.
For now, back in Iraq just doing what I do....
elea:
I hope you're safe over there. Take care!

Back in Baghdad, on my way home for a bit.
I'm supposed to stop in at my old company to see if they have anything for me, but I'm not counting on it. A week and a half at home, then back over here....unless something good happens wink
luciefurr:
*Fingers crossed something good happens*

It's definitely a shame that we never met up, anyhow thanks for the well wishes. How are things going by the way?

Iraq....hot and boring.
12 hour days, 7 days a week because there isn't shit else to do. People think I'm nuts, but I kinda like the fact that I can just focus on work with nothing else to bother me for a few months.
luciefurr:
Just don't work too hard ♥

Ok....plans fall through, new plans pop up.
Looks like I'm off on a crazy fool adventure. Got a job offer doing some airfield lighting in Iraq of all places. I'll be there for 3-4 months making some crazy good money and seeing a part of the world I never expected to see.
