Police update: They have got in touch with my flatmate and require her to go into the station to make a statement about what happened. Looks like something is happening at least. Not entirely sure what.
Life update: Arrived back home early last night after a bit of a crazy drunken morning afterwork with everyone I used to work with. I'm going to miss them, they bought me a bottle of Stoli vodka. I love them. Was only home briefly because getting all dressed up (remember this phrase it becomes important later in my tale) to pick up my beautiful wife and head into town. Parked the car and toddled off down to The Jam House to meet up with the wifes mother (that would be the mother in law then...!). All make-up'd up and heeled up a treat to be greeting with a general air of disgust by the door woman. Informed we were too casual but they'd let us in just this once. Yes let us in meaning treat us like that, charge us 5, inform us we should use the clockroom... then 3.10 for a jack daniels and flat coke. I tell you. I TELL YOU. CASUAL! I saw a woman wearing trainers inside! Men in jeans and washed out t-shirts. Utter filth! Haha.
Nevermind though, for we shall not be back. Myself and Kamikaze are still regretting not having a camera with us to show you all just how casual we apparently were. Oh well. Unfortunately I was getting a bit grumpy and tired by this point and although the covers band that were playing were rather good (Who can say no to a good Madness cover?) the trip to the absolutely dead Studio24 afterwards really ended it for me and was back home to get some much needed sleep.
It is good to be back though. It's good to be able to see the wife and everyone else whenever I want. I have good feelings about this summer.
Today it was a mother daughter day, which means we went shopping and she treated me to... everything! Which was ace because I scored a pair of jigsaw print trainers and a skull and crossbone print bandana. Bless her. I also got a new bedset so it's sweet dreams for me tonight. Oh and a bit of a cringeworthy situation in the supermarket when I bumped into an old school friend who I'd had the odd chat to recently through the powers of bebo, anyway, the chat turned into him basically trying to chat me up and telling me to keep in touch all while the mothership was standing next to me. Unacceptable! Haha, especially as my mum found it so hilarious. Welcome home eh?
Should goto bed soon as I have to take a good friend to the hospital tomorrow. I should also start putting all my things away, I own a lot of things. May just waste more time online instead.
Not long until London adventures.
I'm excited.

an if you get an interview at sky they will ask you about different situations like when have you been part of a team that achieved a goal , i cant remember the others but from failing it twice i can tell you that they want you to focus on what you did in the answers and not so much on what the team did also in the mock phone call dont ask the interview person to make a telephone ringing sound .
ha , studio24 i used to frequent there in my reckless junkie days , i dont ever remember it not being dead !
