If y'all haven't seen this film yet, you do yourself a disservice. Paul Thomas Anderson is a genius. Joaquin Phoenix is a rare talent. The rest of the cast is amazing. Haunting score by Jonny Greenwood. As always, incredible cinematography by Robert Elswitt. Go see it! You won't be disappointed.

This was the App I made for them. Sriracha carne asada, Sriracha lobster ceviche, avocado lime sour cream, fried corn tortilla strips, garnished with cilantro and green onion. I can assure you. It's even better then it sounds.

Some friends of the Chef I work under came in tonight for their ninth wedding anniversary. We decided to do something special for them. Starting with an amuse bouche. A blackened diver scallop atop a bed of Mexican street corn with a Sriracha garnish. Good shit.
We got a vacuum sealer and the sous vide machine. Gonna start experimenting with with some sous vide pretty soon. Excited to explore a new culinary technique.
