Ouch, that sounds like quite an ordeal. You'd never how but I can see why it would give you issues about your appearance these things are hard to shake.
I did hear that they were filming a US version of Rec.
It's depressing that they can't just make it more widely available in is original form, but hey there's money to be made.
As you are clearly a veritable man mountain, I was wondering if you could offer some advice? My man is trying to bulk up, he's working out loads but seem's to have plateaud. So basically what's the best way to build muscle? how much do you have to work out? did you take beefcafe supliments what would you advise?

life is shit at the moment
im working double shifts 7 days a week at the moment. i am working for my firm 7.30am till 4pm every day and then doing 6pm till 11pm every night on my own job and working 12 hour days at the weekends as well on this job. the only good thing is my own job...

i went to a union meeting last night. alot of guys are on the bench, but there's stuff on the horizon. a couple of universities are expanding, the casino will start its expansion sooner than expected (maybe another year for that), and when barack obama begins his term, he'll be spending federal money on rebuilding the bridges and highways, so it won't last forever.
