so, here's the plan:
step 1: graduate. december is the actual date but i will probably have to wait until may of '06 because of OU's craptacular class scheduling.
step 2: quit current pissy job and get a real one, preferably in the field of art. i've thought about the OKCMOA but if that doesn't pan out, then i will go for a local screen-printing shop.
step 3: buy a house. i'd like to get something in norman. a shack will do as the housing prices here are so high that i can't possibly lose any money on the deal.
step 4: use spare time to start my own printing company. shirts, rock posters, fliers, etc. i have the knowledge and the materials. all i'm waiting on is the time.
step 5: wait 3-5 years for the house to appreciate in value. if i get something as cheap as 60-70K then there's a good chance i will make 10-20% in just five years.
step 6: buy a new vehicle. anybody know anywhere to get a good deal on a 98-00 toyota tacoma, black, 5-speed, with a moon roof? just let me know.
step 7: move the fuck away. the current destinations are, in order of want: pittsburgh, chicago, san francisco, and new york.
if you see any problems with said plan, please let me know as soon as possible. right now, i just need to find a two bedroom living space that i can actually afford. damn you, gentrification!
