I like your resolutions! If I may offer one bit of unsolicited advice, throw away the binary, success/ failure model in favor of making a change which is unlikely to be instantaneous. It's usually a matter of reminding ourselves every time we just naturally do the old thing, that wait a minute, I have a new way that I want to implement now. Learning requires a lot of repetition and one decision can't replace that.  So many times I've given up and thought, well maybe next year I can do better when I should have said five minutes from now is another opportunity. 😍
