I have to eat healthy. Cause the one day a week I let loose a bit and eat something not so healthy I end up having an awful night. I lay in bed hot and sweating, stomach hurting, tossing and turning for hour after hour. When I do finally fall asleep sometime early in the morning I dream something crazy and wake up an hour later. By now my toes are like ice cubes, because the room is cool, even though all I can handle covering me is a sheet. I give up by then and get out of bed. Funny thing is I am fine the next day and not really tired. But seriously lesson learned. I am officially a completely healthy eater.
